you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please discontinue use of our services.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account, accessing our website, completing tasks,
participating in promotions, or using any TaskPaisa services,
you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.

2. Eligibility

To use TaskPaisa, you must:

• Be at least 18 years old or have permission from a parent or legal guardian.
• Provide accurate and complete registration information.
• Maintain only one account unless otherwise approved by TaskPaisa.
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that fail to meet these requirements.

3. Account Registration

Users are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of account credentials.
• Keeping account information accurate and up to date.
• All activity conducted through their account.

TaskPaisa is not responsible for unauthorized access resulting from
a user’s failure to secure their account.

4. Platform Services

TaskPaisa provides users with opportunities to earn reward coins
by completing eligible online tasks, including but not limited to:

• App Downloads
• Survey Participation
• Social Media Engagement
• Referral Activities
• Promotional Campaigns
• Other Approved Online Tasks

Task availability, rewards, and platform features may change at any time without notice.

5. Reward Coins

Reward coins earned on TaskPaisa:

• Are promotional platform rewards.
• May be redeemed only through available redemption options.
• Cannot be transferred, sold, exchanged, or gifted without authorization.
• May be adjusted, revoked, or removed if earned through fraud or policy violations.

TaskPaisa reserves the right to modify coin values, redemption rates,
and reward availability at any time.

6. Task Verification

All task submissions are subject to review and verification.

We may:

• Approve valid submissions.
• Reject incomplete or inaccurate submissions.
• Request additional proof when necessary.
• Remove rewards associated with fraudulent activity.

7. Prohibited Activities

Users must not:

• Create multiple accounts.
• Use bots, automation tools, scripts, or emulators.
• Use VPNs or proxy services to manipulate task eligibility.
• Submit false or misleading information.
• Exploit platform vulnerabilities.
• Engage in fraudulent referrals.
• Attempt to interfere with platform operations.

Violations may result in immediate suspension, reward forfeiture,
or permanent account termination.

8. Referral Program

TaskPaisa may offer referral rewards to users who invite new members.

Referral rewards are subject to:

• Verification of genuine user activity.
• Compliance with referral program rules.
• Successful completion of any required actions.

Self-referrals and fraudulent referrals are strictly prohibited.

9. Reward Redemption

Redemption requests are subject to:

• Meeting minimum redemption requirements.
• Successful account verification where applicable.
• Availability of rewards.

TaskPaisa reserves the right to delay, review, reject,
or cancel redemption requests when necessary for security or compliance purposes.

10. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, logos, branding, software, graphics,
and platform materials are owned by TaskPaisa or its licensors.

Users may not reproduce, distribute, modify, copy,
reverse engineer, or exploit platform content without prior written permission.

Publisher Campaigns, Task Completion & Refund Policy

Publishers who create or fund campaigns on TaskPaisa acknowledge and agree to the following terms:

10.1 Campaign Funds Are Non-Refundable

Once a publisher creates a task or campaign and funds it, the amount invested for that campaign is considered committed to the campaign and will not be refunded in any case, including where users do not complete the task, complete only part of the task, or consider the task difficult or time-consuming.

Publishers are responsible for reviewing the task requirements, reward amount, campaign duration, and other details before funding and publishing a campaign.

10.2 User Non-Completion or Difficulty

TaskPaisa does not guarantee that users will complete a publisher’s task. If users are unable to complete a task, choose not to complete it, or find the task difficult, lengthy, or unsuitable, this does not create an automatic right to a refund for the publisher.

Publishers should ensure that all campaign requirements are clear, reasonable, achievable, and accurately described before submitting and funding a campaign.

10.3 Refunds, Where Approved

If TaskPaisa determines that a refund is applicable in a specific case, any approved refund will be credited only to the same TaskPaisa account from which the original campaign funds were paid.

Approved refunds will be limited to 70% of the eligible refundable amount. The remaining 30% may be retained by TaskPaisa toward platform, processing, administrative, or other applicable costs.

Refunds, where applicable, are subject to TaskPaisa’s verification and approval and are not guaranteed.

11. User Content

By submitting screenshots, proofs, feedback, or other content,
you grant TaskPaisa a limited right to review and process such content
for platform operations and verification purposes.

12. Suspension and Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts without prior notice if:

• These Terms are violated.
• Fraudulent activity is detected.
• Platform security is threatened.
• Required information is not provided.

Suspended or terminated accounts may lose access to accumulated rewards.

13. Disclaimer

Participation on TaskPaisa does not create an employment relationship,
partnership, agency relationship, or contractual employment agreement.

Rewards are provided based on successful completion and verification of eligible activities.

14. Limitation of Liability

TaskPaisa provides services on an “as-is” and “as-available” basis.

We do not guarantee:

• Continuous platform availability.
• Uninterrupted service.
• Error-free operation.
• Specific earning outcomes.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, TaskPaisa shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.

15. Privacy

Your use of TaskPaisa is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand how your information is collected and used.

16. Changes to Terms

TaskPaisa may update these Terms & Conditions at any time.
Updated versions become effective immediately upon publication.

Continued use of the platform after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

17. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed and interpreted
in accordance with the laws of India.

Any disputes arising from the use of TaskPaisa shall be subject
to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of India.

Refund Policy.

Campaign & Task Cancellation / Refund Policy

Users on TaskPaisa may create campaigns or tasks and allocate funds for other users to participate in or complete those tasks.

If a campaign or task creator requests cancellation or a refund for an amount deposited or paid for a campaign/task, 30% of the applicable amount may be deducted as a platform, processing, or service charge**, and the remaining 70% of the eligible amount will be refunded to the campaign/task creator.

Example
If ₹1,000 is deposited for a campaign or task and the user is eligible for a refund, ₹300 (30%) may be deducted as applicable charges and ₹700 (70%) will be refunded.

Once a campaign/task has been published, promoted, assigned, started, or funds have been allocated towards participants, the refund amount may be subject to this 70% refund policy.

Any amount that has already been earned by or paid to participants for completed or approved tasks may not be refundable to the campaign/task creator.

Refund requests will be reviewed by TaskPaisa before approval. Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method, subject to applicable payment-provider processing timelines.

By creating a campaign or task on TaskPaisa, the user acknowledges and agrees to this Campaign & Task Cancellation / Refund Policy.
